Fructose Corn Syrup (F42, F55)
Fructose corn syrup is also known as high fructose corn syrup or isomer syrup, using refined corn starch as raw materials, which is first being saccharified by enzyme for saccharification liquid which will then be turning into fructose with the effect of glucose isomerase. Fructose corn syrup is a kind of mixed syrup with glucose and glucose, which contains a high percentage of sweetness and features by no smell, clear, good mobility under general condition. It is a new type syrup which can replace saccharose.
Application
Because of its similar taste with saccharose and its superior uniqueness, fructose corn syrup is more widely for production comparing with saccharose. It is not only used in food, dairy products, beverages and alcohol, but also medicine, health food, household spices, chemicals and related industries.
